Dog Food

I hold the dog food products I recommend to a high standard. I only endorse those that deliver exceptional results and that I have a genuine affinity for. Therefore, when my mentor recommended PawTree, I was initially hesitant. I had been loyal to Purina Pro Plan for a considerable period of time, and I deeply appreciate their support of sport dog programs. Nevertheless, I eventually decided to give PawTree a try, and I was pleasantly surprised by the significant improvements I witnessed.

Not only did my dog require less food to feel satiated, but her coat is softer and healthy, and she produces so much less waste! Additionally, the dog food lasts longer, which was a welcome bonus. I was truly impressed by the results, and PawTree has since become my preferred dog food product.

PawTree food is mostly sourced and manufactured in the United States! This is so important for quality and availability. Remember during the pandemic when things were hard to find? I NEVER had to worry about whether my dog's food would be available. Formulas are made with real meat or fish as the first ingredient. It has no artificial colors, preservatives, poultry by-products, corn, wheat, or soy. Because PawTree is a quality food and highly digestible, dogs don't eat as much and have less waste to clean up. A good quality food like PawTree ends up being more economical than cheaper foods because you feed less and give your dog better health, which translates to fewer vet bills.

Because it's such a high-quality food, we end up feeding about 30% less than we do with other foods! For example, when Halli was on Purina Pro Plan, she was eating about 3 cups a day. On PawTree she eats 1.5 cups a day! She's satisfied, not begging for more food, and maintains a lean, healthy figure.

I have been amazed at how much better my dog does on PawTree food. On the other end of things, there's less poop and much less smell to the poop produced! Seriously! Plus, we feel that high-quality dog food pays off in the long run in terms of fewer health problems later in life.

How Our Puppies are Fed

There is some evidence to suggest that exposing puppies to a variety of protein sources may reduce the incidence of food allergies and improve tolerance to different food types. It also enhances their microbiome. Our program combines different protein sources including lamb, chicken, and fish when puppies are weaned.
